‍Vexi accesses Google Calendar data using the calendar.events.readonly scope. This includes:

- Event participant names

Vexi does not access email content, modify calendar events, or access any other Google services.

‍Google Calendar data is used solely to:Display upcoming meetings to the userGenerate meeting preparation materials associated with specific calendar events
Vexi does not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

‍Vexi does not sell, rent, or share Google user data with third parties.Google user data is not used for advertising or marketing purposes.

Data Storage & Protection

‍Google Calendar data is transmitted and stored securely using industry-standard safeguards.Access to Google user data is limited to authorized systems required to provide the service.

Data Retention & Deletion

‍Google Calendar data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide meeting preparation functionality.Users may revoke Google account access at any time, which immediately stops further data access.Users may request deletion of any stored data by contacting support@vexigtm.com.
